As our customer you are very important us which is why we have set up our Balloon Ace Rewards scheme which is completely free to become a member of. It’s our way of giving you something extra and saying thank you for being one of our customers.
Balloon Ace Rewards is our exclusive customer loyalty membership scheme whereby you can earn points each time you make a valid purchase at www.balloonace.com.
You can earn Balloon Ace Rewards points from the following activities:
- Initial account registration (only one account per customer is permitted and points are not transferable between accounts)
- On your birthday every year (only if you have added your birthday to your account information)
- On all valid purchases at www.balloonace.com (Order subtotal only i.e. not including shipping). Please ensure you are logged into your account when placing your order.
Balloon Ace Rewards points can be redeemed to create Balloon Ace discount coupon codes for your use against a future purchase at www.balloonace.com.
Details about your Balloon Ace Rewards points balance and the current earning / redeeming allowances are listed within the Balloon Ace Rewards pop up which is activated by clicking the 'Balloon Ace Rewards' button at the bottom of our website pages.
Please note that it can take up to two hours for any points to show on your account.
Please note that only your purchases made after your account registration are considered valid purchases and therefore any purchases made prior to registering your account are not counted towards your Balloon Ace Rewards points balance.
Only purchases made whilst logged into your account are valid. If you make a purchase without being logged into your account, we regret that your order will not earn any new Balloon Ace Rewards points. Please note can not retrospectively add points to your Balloon Ace Rewards account.
Any Balloon Ace Rewards points earned on orders which are subsequently cancelled will be removed from your Balloon Ace Rewards points balance.
Any Balloon Ace Rewards points redeemed will be removed from your account and can not be redeemed again.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you use your account correctly and as intended. Balloon Ace Rewards points can not be exchanged for cash and can only be redeemed at www.balloonace.com.
Please note that any Balloon Ace Rewards points allowances and earning / redemption criteria are subject to change without prior notice.
Any abuse of the Balloon Ace Rewards scheme will result in you having your Balloon Ace Rewards account closed and you losing any points accumulated without being offered any compensation whatsoever and we reserve the right to cancel any of your future orders.
The Balloon Ace Rewards scheme is operated by A Little Saxon Company Limited. We retain the final say as to how the scheme is managed and operated.
