Since Balloon Ace has been open we have collaborated with many models and studios. To date we have done more than 20 collab balloons which is far more than any other balloon shop has ever done and probably more collab balloons than all other balloon shops combined.

That's one heck of an achievement!

Other balloon shops need to focus less on profits and more on the balloon community!

We are proud to support the balloon community and we will continue to do so as long as we are here selling balloons.

We get asked several times a week the questions "How do I become a model for Balloon Ace?" or "How do I get a collab with Balloon Ace?"

We also get asked the question "Can you send me some balloons so we can promote each other?".

These are great questions!

As much as we try to help as many people as we can it is impossible to sponsor and / or colab with everyone who asks. We get so many requests it is hard to differentiate the people who genuinely want to work with us and the people who want free stuff. Everyone who makes a purchase from Balloon Ace gets free stuff and rewards as standard. Every order, always!. We do not discriminate against anyone as to who gets free stuff, ever!

So how do I get to collab with Balloon Ace you may ask?

Our response to everyone who asks is the same and is per below:

"Many thanks for your interest in Balloon Ace. At the moment we already have an established team who we collaborate with. These are the BATS (the Balloon Ace Team). Our BATs are all long term collaborators with us. Some of the BATs have been with us since we opened in 2019. However, all of the BATs have supported us in various ways since the inception of Balloon Ace. Our goal is to form long term collaboration relationships with our BATs based on a common love for balloons and a passion for what Balloon Ace stands for".

So if you have a team does that mean that I can not become a BAT? May well be the question which you are asking!

Please note that the pre-requisite for being a BAT is a love of balloons and a passion for the Balloon Ace brand. 99% of the requests that we get for collabs are from people who only want free balloons.

So if you were to put yourself into our position would you sponsor someone because they just wanted free balloons and they had never supported you?

Guess not!

We give free balloons with every order!

Everyone gets free balloons from Balloon Ace. It's our way of saying thanks for supporting us. Requesting free balloons is no demonstration of passion for what we do or evidence of being a great advocate for our mission.

So what is a BAT?

A BAT is what other shops and brands may call an ambassador or in social media circles "an influencer". Balloon Ace has never tried to fit into the norm. Why should we?

We were born to stand out! We don't call out BATs ambassadors or influencers. These terms do not accord with our mission to be community and customer focussed. We are a team, we all have the same goal. The team is us and you, its customers, social media followers, fans and BATs.

Being a BAT does come with various perks. Free balloons samples to model with, a dual branded collab balloon, special offers in store. However, these are earned through great community engagement, spreading the love for Balloon Ace and, of course, sending us a continual supply of photos and videos for us to share on our social media platforms.

Let's get back to the question!

So how do I get to collab with Balloon Ace you may ask?

Taking account of all of the above all of our BATs effectively took on the role of a BAT before we asked them. All of our BATs ordered their balloons from Balloon Ace. All the BATs shared online content about Balloon Ace without us asking. All of the BATs have been passionate about Balloon Ace become becoming a BAT.

So what does that all mean?

Well, in simple terms, we get asked by so many people how to collab or get free balloons that they have missed the point of what Balloon Ace's mission is and what BATs are about.

We would never make someone a BAT if they had never supported us or demonstrated passion for our mission. A simple order from out store and posting on social media is what some people do. Our cheapest products available are less than £0.20 so there is no need to spend a lot of money. Unlike some balloon shops we have no minimum order value. All orders come with a free logo balloon always!

We have no prejudices about gender, sexuality, colour, creed, race or age. We are fully inclusive of everyone! and always will be.

The free logo balloon is great to use in photos and share on your social media. Its shows you love us.
